What kind of warranty do Hayes Bicycle products come with?

All our bicycles and premium components come with a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. Wear-and-tear items like tires, chains, and brake pads are excluded.

How long does shipping take for a complete bike?

Complete bikes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Transit time varies by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days via our specialized bike freight partners.

Do the bicycles come fully assembled?

Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a toolkit and video guide with every purchase.

What is your return policy for gear and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are not eligible for a full refund unless a defect is present.
